You need a security torx bit I can't remember if it is a 15, 20 or , 25. Looks like a regular torx but has a hole drilled in the center. Any good tool place will have them or Harbor Freight has them for like $5 for a set.

I found one at Ace or True value, forget which... Blue handle, pretty sure it's a T25. I decided on that VS a bit so I'd just have one go-to tool for the job.
