Here's a set mounted on my 07 SM; these have 4.5" rise (center of bar) & 1.5" pullback. They fit with no cable issues. Mine are chrome finish alloy billet. I'm still adjusting to the new position & may need to rotate the bars slightly. They provides a more "upright" riding position, with less forward lean to the bars.

Do they come with 10mm or 1/2" bolts?

Neither...they are drilled & tapped 1/2" - 13, which is what Harley uses.
I used NOS LPP Kawasaki adapters model # LPRBK-KH815 which fits the above & includes M10 x 1.5 (TP) studs on the tree side.

Much better than reaming the tree plate

Those look really good. I would be interested in a set in black. Where did you buy the risers and adapters from?
2006 865 Neon Blue/Jet Black Speedmaster,790cams, TTP Stage 2 Firestarter, Epco Exhaust with 10.25" Samson Vrod baffles, UNI pods with 40 pilots, 150 mains,Thruxton needles, 3 turns out.

Both were sourced from Fleabay.
Lightning never responded to any of my messages. I really think you would do as well with the Chinese knockoffs; at least some of them respond, if only in Engrish.
