Bonneville America Forums Forums Technical Forums Accessories will a 2008 sissybar bar fit the 2012 model

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the standard OEM 2008 sissybar & luggage rack will fit the 2012 Speedmaster models. I know they have changed the shape of the new sissy bars slightly but couldn't see them modifying the brackets and width on the side of the fender to much on the 2012--or would they?

As far as I can see the main fitting points and dimensions are the same..
I haven't had to change my jig to make up sissy bars etc for the newer models.. Contrary to dealers advices seat fittings and positions are the same also..
