Hello everyone!Can someone please tell me if these shocks fits to my TBA?

They look good and the price is ok.I read that these are 11,9" so i'm guessing that for riding two up is ok?
I want to go as low as i can without any issues.

Seein' as how you haven't received any kind of response yet Michael, I'll tell you my thoughts here:

I don't really have any personal experience with those particular retro-style Girling shocks, however while I believe there would be no problem fitting them on your bike(with of course the properly sized sleeves fitted inside the shock's mounting holes), AND while think they're really cool lookin', I doubt that they'd be any kind of an upgrade for you, performance-wise. Ya see, I have a feeling that the rebound damping on those, or the lack of which anyway, would pretty much be on a par with the inferior stock shocks which come on our bikes.

I feel this way because I have yet to have found, or have heard of, any shocks on the market at such a low price as those and which turn out to be any sort of a performance upgrade at all.

Anyway ,i will search for something else.
probably i'll go for the progressive's 412 as soon as i have the money.

Ya know, if I could find shocks that looked just like those Girlings AND could perform as well as the Progressive 412s I've had on my bike for awhile now(and didn't cost me an arm and a leg), I'd buy 'em in a heartbeat.

And further, IF I found something like that, THAT would probably be just the impetus I'd need to go ahead and do something which I've been contemplating doin' to my bike for some time now...blacking out the whole front end of my '02 BA, from the triple trees to the fork lowers and to the upper shrouds, as I've already changed the lower forks shrouds to rubber gaiters on my bike. I'd leave the headlight housing chrome, though.

I'd be tryin' to get the overall look to a more classic British mid-60s Bonnie look, and away from this modern American Cruiser look our bikes have, and I think somethin' like those Girling shocks would complete that whole look...somethin' like this, ya see...

I just bought these Hagon's. They have truly improved the ride, and I like the way they look.

They definitely have a similar look as those retro-style Girlings that Michael was asking about here.

Now, my biggest concern about shocks has always been their rebound damping properties. If there is little to none of that, such as on the stock shocks, then the rear end just bounces up and down after compression and leads to rear end wallowing.

So, you're sayin' that with these Hagons here, you haven't experienced any of that since mounting those, right?!

(...btw, if ya don't mind me askin', how much were those babies?)

They are the Hagon Classic III's.
What I have noticed, and I've only done one longish ride (about 500 miles) and a few day rides. The back end feels less squirrely. It seems to stay more planted, definitely stiffer, yet over bumps/potholes it does seem to be less jarring. I only have the stock shocks to compare too, I was looking at the progressives, but I, like Michael here, was interested in the aesthetics too. Yes, I like them, but I didn't know what I was missing until I had something (anything) better. I paid just under $300.00.
When I ordered them (though Cascade Moto-Classics) they took my weight and riding style, and they are adjustable. I do wish there was some information on which way to adjust them for heavier loads, or different kinds of riding. I'm afraid to screw them up.
They will get the real test when I head up to Nelson. Nothing but twisties up there.

Thanks for the info, Brent. If those babies stay planted and don't cause the bike to po-go up and down like the stock shocks do, then those just might be the next major purchase for my bike too, and then my 412s, which I do like how they perform, will be put in the Classified forum.
