Cool pictures there, Lucas!

So, from the looks of the place I'd say you didn't run into the man, eh?!

What man you ask? Why, the man you can trust your car to. The man who wears the star. The big bright Texaco star. THAT'S who!

(...now didn't that also bring back a few memories for ya?!...well, I suppose that THAT would all depend upon how old ya are, huh!)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Didn't Bob Hope used to be the pitchman for Texaco in the sixties?

Not sure about Bob Hope, Ryk...but I know Milton Berle's TV show from the early '50s was sponsored by this company and was called "The Texaco Star Theater", and Jack Benny also did Texaco commercials a little later on.

(...hmmmm, and Ryk...and I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that neither of these two friggin' puppies here, Lucas OR his twin brother, have the FOGGIEST idea who Bob Hope, Milton Berle OR Jack Benny EVEN WERE...and that's THEIR loss!!!)
