New unwanted Paint job on my 03 TA and on ME.
Great day for A ride, 60 deg. clear, sunny and great country roads A smile on my face any A triumph between my legs what could go wrong?
Well I never saw it coming, as I took a hard 90 deg corner at the turns apex I get hit something that fills my face shield with RED spots, no impact just surpise as the spots drip down my shield. I stop to try and figure out what the hell was going on, thats when I see the farmer in a cheery picker with a high pressure spray gun painting his grain silo, well to make long story short.
Anyone have thougths on how to remove RED ENAMEL PRIMER from my TA and helmet?

The Blue ones With Red spots go faster

I sent a message to my buddy the custom painter (and Dupont rep) to see if he has any advice. I'll let you know what he says.

Or you could throw on some white paint and really make it an "America."

Jimstan, thank you. I thought no one on earth had worse luck than I with their Tiumph, but that takes the cake. I'm sorry to laugh and I truly mean no offense, but that's the kind of thing that I thought could only happen to me!

If we ever cross paths I'll buy you a beer to apologize, but no one needed that laugh more than I!

I'd go back and have him paint the whole bike. The red ones DO go faster.
(I'd talk with the farmer about his liability insurance)

Get some "detailers clay" at your local autoparts store. Clay-Magic is the best, imo but Meguiars also makes a bar. Body shops use this to remove overspray. Can't harm your paint and should take off the stuff you ran into. Wax the paint after using the clay. Here's more info:
