Very cool Justin! I like it!  However, if you wouldn't have told me that the bike had started out as a Honda CL450, I would've sworn it had started out as a Jawa speedway racer. (...that was quite a transformation there...nicely done!)

It is a chinese clone of a Yanmar L100 10hp. They are commomly referred to as a "186F"
