We don't sell the state of the art model overseas. I don't even think Israel gets all the bells and whistles. I now at one time we sold F-5s all over the world, but they didn't have the capabilities our's did. At one time ATC had a huge foreign pilot training school at Lackland AFB Tex.

Maybe if we hadn't purchased the F35 sorry placed an order sorry had a standing offer sorry talked about it seriously in cabinet committee without a firm handshake and rather had purchased the F16 the Fcrap would not be Flying here in Ottawa. And we might have even been given all the bells and whistles well at least the model with the gumball dispenser.

Brings back memories of Edwards AFB, CA.,from 1979-1983 worked with tech reps developing the F-16, F-15 and the A-10 Aircraft weapons systems. I was then deployed to Hahn AFB, in Germany for a four year tour working the F-16 aircraft weapons release, loading and gun shop. Now my son Andrew is stationed at Edwards AFB, working on the F-22 as structural repair. He was born there, what goes around comes around.

NATO members will get the real deal. Besides the cost over runs we won't have to teach your pilots English before flight school.

A local former high tech entrepreneur has one along with many other vintage aircraft. It's a beautiful thing to hear him light it up at the annual Rockcliffe air show here in Ottawa then do a few fly overs. "F" Me will certainly come to mind the next time I see it.
