So.... My wife had this brilliant idea to cook a whole butt load of boild eggs to let the kids (mine, nephews, church kids ) dye them after lunch yesterday. Well it never happend and now I have about 6 dozen hardboiled eggs. Wondering if any of you have and good recipies for Pickeled Eggs? BTW there are great with beer!

Fill a gallon jar half way with vinegar, add a cup of sugar, some onion, garlic, pepper corns and a few habanero chilies. Peel the eggs and toss them in. I then toss them in the fridge for a week or two. They do go great with beer. Just don't get trapped in an enclosed room

Pickled eggs, pickled beats and vinegar just toss the peeled eggs in. Takes a while flavor the flavor to penetrate, give it a couple weeks.

pickeled eggs, deviled eggs, egg salad, ...........
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.

Now that sounds like a very interesting recipe. I'm thinkin a 5th of Crown, a mason jar, and a bunch of boiled eggs & let em soak in the fridge?

Nope. Boiled eggs wrapped in sausage meat and coated with bread crumbs then deep fried. Very tasty
