All you guys quitting the ciggerettes. Keep going guys. It's tough, real tough. I've been there and i know what your going through. But it can be done and you CAN do it. Just dont give up on giving up.

I quit almost a year ago, electronic cigs do help.
At £7 a pack 30 per day = £3820 per year.

I quit 21 years ago, about 3 months after my dad died of Cancer at 46 and about 3 months before his 3rd wife died of Cancer at 38. Personally I think the patch, gum or other program are just the major pharmaceutical company's way of transferring your addition to their products so they can make some money. If you want to quit the only way is to not smoke any more. Find a couple of buddies who don't smoke and head out into the bush for a couple days. I found that one I made it through the first week it got a lot easier, the first day being the one that I really needed the support for.
