I am in the process of eliminating all of the unused wiring in my harness while I have everything pulled apart for the air box removal and I have run into a bit of a mystery. There are two 2-pin plugs that were zip tied off down by th rear brake switch that I can't find on any wiring schematic anywhere. They both are simply hooked to power/ground, but one of them runs to pin 16 on the ignotion control unit plug. Can't seem to find any refernce to what theese plugs are for? Anyone find a similar set-up or have any insight into what these might be used for? Can I simply remove them?

I think those are for bikes sold in the People Republik of Kaliforia for the emissions system.

Thanks....I finally found a similar post addressing these exact connectors. My bad....need to learn how to use the search function a bit better.

I'm assuming I can remove them all together and simply cut the wire at the Ign Control Unit...I'll find out anyway...lol....Thanks
