If it's like the earlier models, it's underneath the gas tank.

On the 2002s the relays are mounted to the frame backbone under the gas tank, above the engine near the upper engine mount, on the right side. They're in little rubber grommets that hook onto tabs on the frame. There may be an empty plug there too depending on the accessories you have (driving lights, for example).
