Does anyone know what size the screws for the tank badges are? I'm pretty sure they are torx security screws I just can't figure out what size.

You can get a set of security torx at auto zone and similar suppliers for around 10 bucks. I carry those bits as double duty tools on the bike, 1/4 drive and the set covers all but the very largest torx.
