Well it finally came in, i like it, do not care for the tab that connects to the fender though it does not cover up all three mounting holes like the other pictures i have seen in here so i fired them over a note to ask about it, otherwise with the back rack on its not an issue. Hey do you guys mount the rack under the seat tab or above it? I could only get it to work under the tab. What do you think? Sure does fit snug, and i like the seat not hard at all, i thinks allot of people in here have pampered rear ends! :-)

heres what i mean about the tab, anyone else get theirs like this? i marked with little red plastic where the oem holes would be seen if it were not for the rear rack.

Mine's the same.I didn't try mounting the rack under the tab though.I will try that.
Trying to fit the rack the usual way,the back bolt only goes about half way down it's length.
I do like the comfort of the seat though.

Hmm mine did that too, you really have to crank on them a bit, one then the other then the other sort of thing, just get the seat one to bite then you will have to place some pressure on the rack to get it down, screw that one in then back and forth until they are snug. I spoke to Fast Eddy about it becasue i thought it was bent and too much force was needed to seat them , but apparently that is normal he said...not sure.... they have not pulled out of the threads yet so heres a hoping.

I could do that.I have my stock seat.
I have the WAY overpriced Triumph rack too ,not the aftermarket "fast Eddy" one which is better IMO.

I'm thinking of buying the backrest.I just threw my back out again!
Don't like the look with the backrest, but I figure I'm going to need all the help I can get soon enough.

i did buy the backrest as well did not put it into the pictures but when i tried it i can see it as being a good thing to have for a longer scoot. findlay did you buy the solo or gunfighter from them? if gunfighter do you want to part with that bracket :-) insert large grin here

I bought the solo.

I just put the stock bracket on and now everything fits like a hand in a glove.
Good thinking Mike

Congrats, Mike!!! Finally, eh?! And so... yeah, there's all the stuff about fitment and such but how does it feel? Howz the fit (to you, not the bike)? A little too early to say? Ride long and hard and tell me (us) what you think, backside-wise!

Live to love, love to live.

went out for a scoot last night, not to far maybe about 60 klm or so, but got off the bike and my back was not the least bit sore, the seat holds you in pretty good you feel almost buckled in, it does push you back a bit on the bike so i am glad i put the rivco risers on. The height is not to bad, its between the oem and the newspeed seat i had so not to high, i wish it were lower but there are offsets for everything and i am ok with this at the end of the day. All and all for the first little bit i really like the seat. Funny though, i don't feel it to be hard at all, i mean its not the oem granted but take a scoot on the newspeed seat or something similiar and this thing will feel like a marsh mello LOL.

you jknow what i don't know LOL i bought them frm Marty in here, i liked them becasue they were smaller, big enough for a 6 pack, movies, milk you know life stuff. He had already cut the straps and added a brace on the inside of them so they would hard mount to the bike, actually its an easy process but i am glad he did it :-) they are working out fine.

Nice bike. What windshield is that? I am looking for a quick connect to use for longer hauls.

i know what you mean, i have looked at some of the quick connect etc systems and so far anyways i don't like the way they have the bags so far out from the fender
