The front wheel has developed a wobble between 60 and 70 kph (37 and 43 mph) Really only noticeable with one hand on throttle. Not above or below these speeds or maybe the wobble is so fast it counter acts itself. Looked in vault but did not see any mention, got any thoughts? 07 Speedmaster with solid wheels.

Sounds like a tire wobble, seen it many times. Haven't had it on any of my bikes yet but Wendys bike did it.

two thoughts... 1 - cupped front tire 2 - head bearing (depending on mileage)...
ok, one more thought off subject... here in the lower 48 we say mileage since we use miles. What do countries on the metric system say? Kilometerage or just kilometers? I think the latter but you asked for thoughts so there you go.

Front tire is worn conciderably more just left of centre vs right. Almost cupped looking. How the heck does that happen? (17,560km) "klicks" good here too and we say litres per 100 km although many still quote miles per gallon even though they were born after we went metric.

Something not mentioned is as your tire wears the wheel balance changes. If your tread is okay still, you might try re-balancing the wheel.
btw 11,000 miles ((17,560km) is a good amount of miles if you indeed have cupping. Cupping wobbles can start as early as 6 or 7K. (around 11,000km)

under-inflation is a primary cause.

Cupping is also caused by the camber of the road. Our front tyres wear more on the right hand side. Once it starts to cup you will find the wobble you mentioned.

You could always pass more often to balance out the ware on the other side.

I had a wobble like that last year, and I had lost a wheel weight. Took it in and it was fixed up in minutes. Just a thought.

You need a new tire, and to have it properly balanced. The rubber is all that's between you and the road. You can quote me, Uncle Charlie

I had such a wobble and had assumed it was the use by the factory of rubbish stem bearings ,but when I replaced my front tyre recently ,the wobble went. Al
I took the Road Less Travelled.
Now where the ****** am I?
