Since the family was in New England on vacation, I decided to take the back way from our house through Boulder, down 93 to Golden, then over to Idaho Springs, and on to Breckenridge. Went up I-70 until I hit Loveland Pass and went that way to see how the bike would respond over 10,000 feet, and not too bad, still had some get up and go and were it not for the lack of guardrails, 2500 foot drop and hairpins I'd have seen how fast it would go, but I like living! Then I went down through Arapahoe Basin, past Dillon Reservoir to Frisco, south through Breck, and on down to Hwy 24 and South Park, which brought me through Wilkerson Pass and the back side of Pikes into Colorado Springs and Garden of the Gods... Here are a few pics.
