just google or go to YouTube and search, depending on the grips you buy one might include the throttle tube attached , then lift one side of the clutch grip , spray some wd40 etc down the sides to loosen the glue and pull it off, clean it up, apply glue to the new one and slide it on quick (the glue sets fast. For the throttle you open up the throttle assembly and the throttle grip can be removed (its not glued) the replace with the new one, tighten it all up and you should be good to go; try and gt a grip that includes the throttle tube in it, otherwise you have to remove the factory one from the tube and thats a pain to to and put back on the new grip.

I never use the glue. For removing the stock grips I just use some dish soap. I lift up the rubber with a platic probe usually home made from a bondo spreader or some thing like that. last time I used plastic chop sticks. Just wedge it in squirt in some soapy water and they shoot off. I get the replacements nice and warm and slide them on the dry clean bar if the replacements are rubber.

I use something resembling this .. (after removing the handlebar end weights)just stick the tip inside the end of the rubber grip, apply air pressure and you can slide it right off.

WD40 and one or more small plastic probes to remove, clean the surfaces well, & reinstall new grips with hairspray, let dry.

I use hair spray to put the grips on(VO5 I think that is what my granddaughter uses)...I have found that I don't need it on the throttle side...it helps lube the bar to help slide the grip on then it drys to a sticky residue.

Didn't need anything for the throttle side. Took off old grip on other side with a small screwdriver and WD40 then cleaned the bar and used general purpose glue (non instant type!) by squirting it into the grip and twisted it as I pushed it on. No mess and it gives you time to put the grip in the position you want it.
