Does anyone know if the rear fender on the 2011 Speedmaster will fit pre-2011 BA's?
'06 TBA - Black, AI and Snorkel removed, K&N Drop In, Gutted Stock Pipes, 145/42, 2 turns out.

Well, the fender supports LOOK identical. I'd throw a tape measure on the bolts at the very least. See if you can peak under the seat and see if the two bolts under there are the same.

Yeah, but at what cost? Like the earlier fenders they're probably $800 new. Probably not enough of them around yet so that there are wrecks being parted out yet, even given that most of those probably only have front or side damage. You can get an older fender for a couple hundred in excellent condition and if you cut carefully you don't have to paint.

I have one of these Maverick fenders, I swear Triumph (or vice versa) copied them verbatim. For the price of of a new one, hacking yours, or a Maverick example makes a lot of sense.

I really like those fenders.
Any suggestions on where to put the signal lights, while still keeping the saddlebags mounted to the fender mounts? S.

Try this: Lay Down Plate and bring those signals in tight, kinda like this picture:

yeah, as Friar J says they will be a lot of $$$ for something you can pick up on ebay and do yourself Also cutting it yourself and allows the variations you want on the bobbed theme. After watching ebay for a while I found a full fender from a speedmaster for $80 through pinwall cycles and they do come along quite frequently. I personally like the shape of this one as opposed to the new 2011 shaped ones http://www.triumphrat.net/picture-galler...-pic-heavy.html

The same shape as mine... Has he had it in my mould.. lol I think he does now need to drop the rear suspension to tie it all back in nicely again. The re-painting was a good way to go even if not to everyones taste..

Yeah Mike, I have one of your rear fibre glass fenders as well as I like that shape.
I picked up an original fender on ebay to chop to your shape as I wasn't sure if the fibre glass fender would be good for a pillion, a question I'm sure you will be able to answer on the fibre glass.
I also like the job you done on the powder coating of your front forks.
If you ever start to make t bars and apes as well, let me know as finding ones made by triumph guys who understand the flow \ rake and dimmensions would be better.

Hi graeme, Good to hear from you... I am already making several styles of custom bars and a few ' to specs'.. Let me know what you're thinking of I'll make it up. I am trying to work on a couple of new ideas for next year too at the moment. I know cash is tight everywhere so it's coming up with the right quality for a good price..
