Bummer... well I'd certainly feel the same way. I'm not exactly the patient sort. My package was 2 days late but I feel I still got good service. Hope they get things straightened out and shipped soon.

i spoke with a woman there who was very professional and sympathetic to my concern which was the 16 vs 17 tooth sprocket. hopefully they'll straighten out the miscommunication between the dealers and england before too many people get po'd.

I responded to e-mails they sent me. I got 3 e-mails over the past week saying that my package shipped. I responded asking them for the tracking #. All I get back is another message saying that it shipped. I've been too busy to give them a call, but I'll try tomorrow.

I've gotten 2 follow up calls from them regarding a problem that is essentially not theirs. it seems the part numbers were switched on the chain kits, and it has been realized and (hopefully) resolved. sounds like they're doing all they can.

Finally a tracking # from them. Had to call to get it. Why is it so hard to take care of your customers? All they had to do was take out 20 seconds from their busy day to e-mail me the tracking #!

The chrome footpegs and cam cover arrived safely...2 weeks. I figured they would be backlogged with the heavy orders. I would be suprised if they had this stuff in stock...probably had to wait for arrival from Triumph.
After the initial order confirmation, there was no further communication. No response to my emails for a shipdate...I guess since they shipment was in transit.
I'd order again if the discounts continued.

I received my order 10 days after placing it on-line. For on-line orders they use on-line communication: Tracking Number and Order ConfirmationI'd order again if there was a like sale.

Got my stuff from them too and would definetly use them again if they had another sale. I think they were just overwhelmed with orders thats why some customers didn't get the level of service they expected.

Seem like the discounts are still on! Just placed an order. (Dropped my bike for the first time ever  . Few scratches, but think its time for the "dresser bars"!)

I ordered the "foot boards" from CCC. My dealer wanted $315, they had 'em for $267.50, 15% off. My order was confirmed on 3/23, but I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I just sent them an e-mail, will post my results. Charlie
