Hmmmm...I wonder how select they are? Any idea Chy what kind of restrictions there are?

Is it 15-20% off "their price" or does their price include the discount, anyone know?

You guy's are killing me. Death twice after the wife finds out. Just ordered the Chrome license plate bracket, chrome foot control bar, chrome engine mount and a triangular Triumph badge to put on my chrome battery cover. $17 for shipping, significant savings over Triumph list. Never saw the same parts on Ebay yet, so I went for it. I have to stop coming here.

The thing I noticed is that Triumphestore sells the chain and sprocket kit for $189.. their price is 175.20 pretty good discount I thought.

I'm going to order the aux light bar. $236 is the best price I've found. I e-mailed them to see how much shipping should be. I know if I sent a UPS ground package to them it would be about $7. I hate when internet merchants make a profit on shipping, so we'll see...

I emailed them to ask about shipping charges and the email was returned undeliverable. Anyone else have this problem? I wouldn't trust ordering from them w/o knowing because they may be one of those who make up for the low prices with inflated shipping charges.

Did you use their contact form? If I don't hear from them by Tuesday then I'll just call them.

You can always go to the last confirmation page of the order where shipping is called out and cancel the order at that time. Normally I put in phony contact information and valid credit card information and zip code to get there. The credit card can't be charged if the name doesn't match.
Based on my order it looks like the "our price" stated has the discount already computed. 15-20 pct was not subtracted from the "our price".
My $186 order (4 items)costs $17 to ship. They do not call out by what means they ship. I'll follow through on this thread with the time it took and by what means.
With the risk of being persecuted, even Brent charges more than actual shipping (at least for my two experiences), but I would shop with him again. Factoring in the "shipping and handling" cost is part of shopping and the decision making process. It would cost me almost that amount in gas to get to my triumph dealer.

Matt, Shipping is $20.00 to Minnesota - which in my opinion is still the best deal going on a light bar.

I'm not saying i won't buy if shipping is IMO inflated. I'm saying if it's WAY inflated to the point where i'm saving nothing or very little over the other places that charge more for the item in the first place. In other words, inflated relitive to others. most places inflate thier shipping to some extent, but some go way overboard. Just wanna be sure this isn't one of them before i place the order. sounds like it's not tho from the examples.

Thats doesn't seem too inflated. remember that there's no sales tax so I would also be saving $15. I guess I will order on Tuesday. I want to relocate the turnsignals to the lightbar. That should be easy.

Shipping vs sales tax.......
$10.00 sales tax vs $15.00 shipping, all else being equal I will pay the shipping charge, at least honest labor is being done and I am not paying someone to think up other ways to mess things up.

For the items I bought, that is correct. There were no further discounts on the "our price" listed.

I just talked to Brad the GM at CCC.. he says thanks for all the business you guys have sent his way, best weekend he's ever had as far as online ordering. I told him about the e-mail situation and he says he'll look into it to see what's going on.

Over the weekend Ordered Chrome Cam Covers and Rear Footrest Hangers. $20.00 shipping isn't to bad. I figured he'd be swamped with the 20% off deal.
I thought the Front Light Bar was attractive price but i had already decided to put some small JCWhitney lights up front. Liked that look better on some of the bikes in the photopost.

I ordered the light bar today. $236 + $20 shipping. Great deal. I found a chromed spacer set with the bolt in J&P's catalog for under $10. Use that to relocate the turnsignals. Thanks for the heads up Chy. They should give you something for the free advertising!

I already figured that out. Just remove the "info" at the beginning of the addres and it works. By the way, the shrouds i ordered We're already marked at 20% off which i confirmed with a calculator. Not sure why someone said 15%.
By the way, i mentioned this at RAT and some people there ordered too. Makes me wonder why places like this don't sign up at forums as shills.........or dooooo theyyyyy? (in my best homer voice)

Please follow-through on your order with email. Looks like it takes a week for on-line orders to make it from the computer to the parts department. Not sure how long it takes if you don't prompt with email:
"Tom,
We didn’t get the order into our shop until this afternoon (note: ordered 2/25, this afternoon = 3/3). Your order will ship out first thing Friday morning via DHL ground. I will try to send out the tracking number to you via email as soon as the labels are printed.
Thanks,
Brad"

Got my chrome fork shrouds 2 days early today ! in fact, they got them to me about as fast as most places do who have the parts in stock, but they didn't ! They had to order them, then send them to me. yet it was only abouta week !
By the way, the chrome shrouds are awesome. the chrome is as nice as any i've seen and look like friggin cylindrical mirrors. can't wait to get em installed. I'd do business with these guys again in a heartbeat. great service.

I haven't installed them yet. I just got them today. But if you are assuming they only come in a set of 2, you're the second person who thought that and i'm not sure why.I wouldn't have bought them if they only were the lowers ! But they come with both the upper and lower shouds, 4 pieces. Why do you guys think that?

I ordered something from them on March 1 and called today March 8 just to follow up. The item was not even in there possesion yet.I know stuff happens but they should have prepared themselves better before they made the discount offer knowing they probably would get slammed with orders. Or at least let everyone know that some orders would be a while before they shipped out. I find a week before something ships or in this case maybe more, unacceptable.

i think this may be a premature critisism. First, thier email is wrong. A mistake on thier part, but just a mistake, not a purposefull lack of service. Take the "info" off the beginning and you'll be left with a valid email. They never got mine till i figured that out. Then they not only answered 2 emails, but sent me a tracking number in a very timly fashion, got it to me very fast, and hand wrote a big "thank you!" on the reciept of a very well packed box. trust me, these guys are good, and any problems anyone has are probably due to some sort of miscommunication, email non-delivery, or some such other thing out of thier control. I was impressed with the service price and speed as much as any other place and better than most ! Every online store will have problems with a certain percentage of orders unfortunatly. It's impossible to to be perfect in every case because of any number of unavoidable problems. I'll certainly be buying from them again if i need something they carry.
