This summer I bought some parts from British Customs, they have some unique parts, and a nice web site, but here is my beef. One of the parts I ordered was a battery box cover that had a union jack design, very cool. When my parts arrived no battery cover and no explanation. They were happy to take my money though. Tried to call them,you get voice mail, left a message and no one called me back. E-mailed them THREE times before someone took the time to respond. The part was out of stock and wouldn't be in for four weeks. I am very happy with the cover once I finally got it. But the web site should have said they were out of stock and it shouldn't be so damned hard to get someone to contact you, especially since they had no problem taking your money.
