Watching the made for Tv series Sons of Anarchy last night and my wife happened to walk past and commented "so thats what happened to Peggy". Had watched quite a few episodes of it and not realised that Gemma the matriarch of the out fit was none other that Al Bundys missus Peggy. Know that many will think watching it is a waste of time but will watch anything here at the moment that does not have our pollies going hammer and tongs about the carbon tax.

I enjoy it - bikes and guns and righteous outlaws - what's not to like. But I imagine it's about as close to a real outlaw gang as Little House On The Prairie. I knew the matriarch was familiar but couldn't put my finger on it. Now I know, thanks Kent.

Wasn't there a clip floating around here a while ago about "how my dad crashed his motorcycle?" It linked to a YouTube movie clip that starred Christina Applegate and Cameron Diaz...ring any bells? It does with me!

Sons of Anarchy is a great show. Very well written and produced with solid acting talent, not the least of which is Katey Sagal.
But you're entitled to your opinion, uninformed though it may be.
