 Does your BA run differently on different days?

I don't know if it's just my imagination or not but some days my BA seems to run much better than others. I'm not sure if it's the bike or just my frame of mind? Some days I'm sure I'll need to take a look at its tune yet other days it just seems to purr. I've had cars like that as well. Maybe it's just me though?

Nope, it's not just you. Mine has good days and amazing days. Also, the temperature outside will make a diff too. The bike will pull harder and breathe better in cooler temps vs. hot, moist, stuffy air.

There are factors that can affect your bike from day to day. Weather humidity barometric pressure. You could have a thing or two going bad like some electronic components can be on the fritz.
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.

I have noticed this on almost all of the vehicles that I have owned - motorcycles, cars, and trucks, so if it's all in your mind, it's in my mind, too.

My goes slower in the rain and really slow if there's ice on the roads.

Good well thought out answer,Smokey--but true. They used to tell me a small block chevy runs twice as good just before it blows.I have witnesed this a couple times.
