I have a similar mount for my Zumo 660 and thus far havn't had any problems with it (when the bike was working of course!).

The ball joint basically fits with my Zumo cradle and tightens up by hand.

These are interesting. I never thought about using my Nuvi gps for the bike. Where can we source a power cord for this ? All I've got is the one for a cigarette lighter.
Thanks!!

I am going to look into one of these mounts.

I just installed this power source.

Cheap, arrived the next day, easy to install, and seems to work great.

I bought one from this guy on ebay. One is straight and one is bent. They both screw directly to the windshield.

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

For power connections, look at www.Powerlet.com and www.3brpowersports.com

I've used both. I have outlets now, a fourth coming.
