If we leave today for NY, we could take our time going to the Noreast rally then come back and go to the AR. rally. Sounds like a good plan to me.

I booked a room today... Paul, you beat me to the triple room! Chris and Kent and I were gonna share but now one of us will have to be out in the cold... Guess what? It won't be me!

The web site said they had 2 or 3 of those Triple rooms. Someone else may have gotten to them already. Sorry.

I just noticed this rally posted on the forum. Sounds like this could be fun & I'd love to go...but the dates don't jibe well for me...at least on the 22nd & 23rd (it's a work thing ya know). I might be able to catch-up on the 24th but it'll be close.

Well Carl, sorry about the dates. We should be on the route Troy mapped out above for Saturdays ride. Hopefully leaving the Hub by around 9 or so.

No problemo really with the dates...I was just saying I'll probably miss Thursday & Friday. I hope hopin to jump from the work thing early on Friday and ride to Jasper that afternoon/evening so I can make Saturday's cruise. I printed out the route map from Tory's post, & plan to incorporate my other fav pastime "camping" into the trip. Lookin forward to meeting you all.

Karl....know what you say..... hopeing to make the Triumph truck & ride the bikes in Eldorado Springs is my goal too(work will dictate) but by golly I'll be at the Hub for Saturdays ride...after 46+ days of 100plus temps here and every thing else, I'm ready to ride with friends both old and new through some pretty scenary and curvy roads.....

you can pitch a tent at The Hub for 10 bucks a night, and they have a bath house. Pretty sweet deal.

Hey Karl, if you can manage that, would give me someone to ride back up with Sunday, at least as far as Truman lake area.

I'm going to be just the opposite - I can make El Dorado Springs, but I'll have to head home on Friday after the demo truck.
I've got a room reserved at the C&H, extra bed if anyone is looking to split a room.

The route I'm thinking about. Google wanted to take me all the way to little rock- I'm going thru two national forests instead! I changed it up a little to hit Kansas and louisiana too.

Don't know. I usually decide when I go the the t-shirt place and look at sample colors. We've had Blue. Lt. Gray, Dk gray and the first year Dan Hill got us white ones. I guess we are due for candy apple red or mustard yellow.

I'm seriously considering safety green (kind of a lime green)with the logo in white or black. I've seen some riders with t-shirts that color, and they look kind of cool. Does anyone really hate that idea? Tell me quick I'm placing the order at 3 today. Here's the color. https://www.broderbros.com/cgi-bin/online/webshr/prod-detail.w?sr=G240¤tColor=38

It's ... ummm.... kinda bright. I think the print should be black on that color.

How about this one with white lettering. It was the color of the Ga rally t-shirt a couple of years ago and it looked good. https://www.broderbros.com/cgi-bin/online/webshr/prod-detail.w?sr=G240¤tColor=38
