I have a 2010 America EFI model. Can I bolt on any exhaust that fits carbed TBA's? I have noticed there are new pipes made specifically for the efi Americas. Do I have to stick with such pipes made just for the efi's? Thanks

No I had the Carb off roads on my EFI, just had the tune fitted....

Problem is also in the fit. The heat shield is longer on EFI pipes to cover the clamp.

And there is a 1/8" gap on the flange slits that you have to cover, unless your fond of the sound of an exhaust leak. Short TORS off an '07 were not a straight up fit on '09. Aluminum Aircraft tape can take care of it, but it's not very clean looking. (and the heat shield doesn't cover the clamp.)
