I've got enough miles on now to give my impressions: two thumbs up! I'm sure I'm biased since I have a hard Corbin saddle but the Hagon 2810s, with 30kg springs, are ever so much smoother than my old Progressive 412s. I purposely rode 200 miles today on some real ratty Interstate Hwy. as well as rough two lane and this bike has never been smoother. Harsh bumps are still bumps but they're just not harsh anymore and the handling even seems a bit more confident. Still not quite as sweet as my buddy's Bonnie with 440s but since the geometry isn't the same that's not a fair comparison...

All in all worth the effort to get them set up right.

Sounds great — esp since there's reports that these are a real bear to set up, it makes things all the more satisfying.

Since I'm new here which bike do you have?

Any chance of showing a picture of your bike with the Hagon 2810s?

Yep. Lots of bugs to clean off first, then a couple of beauty shots will follow :-)

I only know that Mrs. TBANGA gave them to Mr. TBANGA before I bought the bike from him. They live in Acworth, GA so I just figured she went to a local saddle shop and had them made for him. Once throwovers they been modified to run Easy Brackets with an aluminum reinforcing plate inside each bag.

You got lucky I guess, those are really nice looking. Do you happen to know if Mrs. TBANGA has a sister?

Even better, we did a 450 mile day ride yesterday, something that would have been torture on the last 100 miles with that Corbin saddle and the old shocks. The Hagons performed superbly over a variety of road conditions and made a believer out of me. My butt's a bit worn but nothing like in the past; that lack of sharp blows to the spine really makes a big difference.

The Hagons 2810 have rebound dampening that make them shine over Progressive 412 series, no question. I have been testing the Hagon Series as well and they are a great ride. Even their entry level shock is a good ride, but in my book the rebound dampening makes the difference. The company is great to work with.

I just completed a test on their Nitro and now going to test their front springs.

Nice thing about the 2810's you can get some variations in the body work, like full Stainless Steel Shrouds, or black..options are always nice.
