Got a good buddy that's gonna loan me a Suzuki Savage (so my Lady can learn to ride before she jumps on my America); just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on wheel chocks. I'll be traveling from Western N.C. to Fort Lauderdale, Fla. pulling a trailer with my T-Bird, then with both bikes on the way back. I'd like something economical...a friend is letting me borrow his trailer, and in return I'm gonna buy a couple chocks...I saw a company in J & P called EZ chock that had them for $60 each. I wanna be safe, but I'm kind of a cheapskate too haha...just looking for advice, suggestions, opinions thanks all

I bought this one years ago and bolted it THROUGH the trailer deck. http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1=&L2=&L3=&L4=&item=FAI_BH20-0048Spend the savings on top quality tie downs. BTW, I've used it several times to carry my America between FL and Hendersonville, NC, so it'll handle the perpetual construction on I-26/I-95 just fine.

Ok, thanks I will go to Wally World and see what they got. @Hermit, I followed your link, that doesn't come with mounting hardware does it? I sure do like that price haha...

Bolts and large washers from Home Depot. Mine's been mounted about 5 years with no problems.
CycleGear also sells a Pingel unit that has permanent mounts, with a removable chock. More money though.
