took front tire off to change.after work was done I notice a couple of shims on the floor?? I'm thinking out of speedo housing? they are maybe .005 to .010 thick a piece. everything is working great on the bike no noise coming from speedometer..so is this where my mystery shim came from??

well, I did lose grip and let the speedo swing down before I could tie it off..so I bet that is where it's missing from. Not that the two are connected but my front brakes don't pulse any more, they work great after the change..think I will leave the shim out.
