Yesterday my brother became Scandinavian champion in bike (chopper) building at Custom Bike Show in Norrtalje, Sweden. Some of you might remember his Indian XXL he took to Sturgis two years ago. his new build is around a Husqvarna 500 cc V-twin from 1924. I will post pics asap, but the question is should I go with him to Sturgis?

I think you should definitely go. The actual town of Sturgis was a little too much like a flea market to me, but the riding was fantastic in all directions.

Everyone should go at least once, motorcyclist or not. It's a circus, take a camera. As said earlier, there is some great riding in the area, but during the Sturgis Rally is not the time to do it, remember it's a circus which means clowns on bikes. The trick to riding the area is to visit it in early summer or fall. Get a cabin at Custer Park and enjoy the historical sites and amazing geography. Oh!, ride and keep an eye out for bison, elk and the donkeys. Congrats to your brother, looking forward to pics.
