I have no power to my always on tail light when the key is in the on (run) position, but lights up just fine in park, I'm baffled, ignition key switch faulty? Some one with a similar prior problem wish to expound?

No, no tail light unless key is in "P" position, horn, head lights, t sigs, brake lights, starter motor, ign. all function, as they should, rear, always on marker light does not work in the ign key s run position, but does alight in park light third key position, don't much fricken matter now, its gonna rain for a week starting tonight, I messed with it for 9 hours, beyond my comprehension, I need some cheese with my whine

Believe it or not the circuits for Park vs Run come off different fuses, before they get to the final Fuse 10 (which itself must be OK or would not work in either position) Check Fuse #8 (for Park it comes off fuse # 2)
You most likely should find that the instrument illunination is not on either

Ken, thank you for chiming in, I'm back to my shop right now, even if the fuse is OK, you've given me a start point instead of aimless meanderings, which is about all I accomplished so far.

Your right Ken, my tach, she no glows, but I have power to #8 fuse, so tomorrow, I'll be following the two blue with the yellow striped wires and see where I lost continuity, thanks again.

Next stop is right bar switch connector - in on pin 8 (Blue/Yellow) - throught light switch (if fitted -Do you actually have a lighting switch on there?) and out on pin 6 (Red/Blue)
That circuit also feeds the Accessory Light connector - do you have anything plugged in there that might have drawn excessive current?

Nope, no switch, always on head light, had a light bar when I bought it, but quit working awhile back, so disconnected it, could this light bar have damaged my system. BTW, this no tail light just manifested recently, I abandoned the aux lights last summer.

Schematic I have has an actual light switch shown - I think it probably just loops out at the bar switch (either at connector itself or inside the switch) You said you have 12V AT the fuse - but is it good on both sides of it? In & out both Blue/Yellow unfortunately so hard to say which is in & which is out - although pulling the fuse will tell you - the side that remains 'hot' is the one from the KeySwitch - the other side is one that goes to the bar switch connector. If fuse is definitely good - measure voltage on output side with the fuse withdrawn very slightly so you can access the blade with your test probe - then you need to go on to the bar-switch connector. I'd be really surprised if not simply the fuse though.
