what kind of modifications to the front fender mounts will i need to do.
i want to put a 120-90 on the front.

It might not be necessary to move your fender when fitting the 120. I run a Speedy front fender and 120/90 Kenda without mods. It can rub slightly at very high speeds (above 85mph)but if you aren't a speed-demon it shouldn't be an issue.

I simply cut the center section of the fender support bracket out, leaving the two sides to bolt the fender to. Fender sits nice and tight to the tire, with zero rub at any speed. You can get away with that on the Speedy fender, but you may have to make the bolt holes on the mounting bracket oblong so you can move it up just a bit more. The America has a more contoured, rounder fender.
