Once again thanks for your help. I got a corbin seat and risers for my ba and i am in heaven. My next step is a windscreen. I got previous advice about screens. It was memphis big shot alley cat or from friar john windvest. We have big bugs here in the jersey pines and lots of wind at the beach.I only want 1 screen to do it all summer spring and fall. I am 5'11" and am wondering what size and which screen. The wind vests are almost $200.00 more than the memphis screens. Help!

I'm your elevation and the Alley Cat is great . Less obtrusive . You don't have a big mainsail with a bike attatched .

Easy to take off, you can swap to a Big Shot later if you like or a Pop Top if you want something smaller. The Hardware is interchangeable with these mounts. Direct fit for up to 06 Bikes.

No buffeting for me , you can slide it up or down on the tubes 4 inches or so . To remove it , just loosen 4 Allens with the nice supplied wrench and it's off in less than 10 seconds . That's the Alley Cat one . Oh , and be sure to get it from that guy that just chimed in above me here ! He's a pretty good guy .

Also will the risers affect the wind screen? They moved the handle bars back approx 2"

The MS windshields are great. The quick release system works well, they look good, are easy to mount and they are priced well. Like Ed said... you can go with one particular shield, them switch later because the hardware remains the same.
Buffeting? You won't really know until you try one... there are just so many variables such as rider height, screen height and width, type of helmet, leg position (short vs. tall people changes wind deflection over the knee), etc. If buffeting occurs, you can add MS lowers which cures most to all of those kind of problems.
Live to love, love to live.

Ebay's usually a good indicator of market value. If it's too high you can always come down in price or negotiate with someone's lower offer. This is probably one of the best places to sell it given the concentration of enthusiasts with our bikes. You might be able to check posts back a ways and see what guys were asking for seats and risers on here.
