does anybody know if...a 2003 speedy front mag wheel will fit onto a 2005 america???

Don't see why not.
No doubt some one will chime in who has done it though.
It was offered as an expensive option (wheels, front lower fork leg, extra brake rotor and associated gubbins) to convert to the alloy wheels and twin disc set up.

Wheel yes but you need the right lower leg for the 2nd caliper if you want both discs.
