Just wondering if readers can recommended any overnight style bags that would sit nicely on a low profile fender rack? I'm planning a weekend trip away in a month's time and all I need to compliment my baggage is a smallish overnight bag that will fit comfortably on this type of rack: web page

Hey John, How much did that rack cost ya landed at your place? Eddy might just have himself another customer. Got any pics with it fitted to your bike?

Brett, I bought the rack along with an EBC floating front brake rotor so the postage was for both, very reasonable and extremely quick. Eddy was fantastic in his communications and I would recommend him to anyone here in the Land of Oz. Here is the only pic I have taken so far of my rack. I'm actually waiting for an 8mm eye bolt to arrive so that the rack will be held down on the guard with stainless eye bolts rather than hex or cap head bolts (the rear eye bolt is a 6mm one). My reasoning is they look a little different and they give me the perfect spot to hook tie-down straps to when I'm carrying luggage on them. The racks are top quality.

John, I am a big fan of Willie&Max/Dowco Overnight bags. They have a frame inside that will sit nicely and with stability on the curved rack. Here is a photo of the Main bag which is the big one on my rack.

I use the Dowco, Iron Rider overnight bag. It opens on 3 sides from the top, has all the tie downs you'd ever need and also has 1 larger and 1 smaller bags that mount easy together. A rain cover is included too. It's fits perfectly on the rack. I got my rack from Fast Eddy as well. Here's the link for the bags: http://www.dowcopowersports.com/resources/cover_guide/iron_rider_luggage/

I have a Kuryakyn Grantour bag that is very nice, I can strap it down to the luggage rack or to the back seat, lots of storage space and comes with a rain cover.

Hi John. I use the Motodry Roll Bag. Very roomy, strongly built and fits snugly in the concave curve of the rack. I added a heavy-duty cardboard liner (cut from a 30cm diameter cardboard drum) so the bag always holds its shape. It also has a storm cover tucked in a back pocket. You might prefer this one - slightly bigger but a colour scheme to match you bike . You can see them here at the Aussie distributor's website. I got mine from an online store in Aussie.

Thankyou one & all for your help. Time to get out my tape measure and see which alternative best fit's my set-up. Some really cool rack luggage out there that I never knew existed.
