If you were trapped in a cave with no food or water and no hope of escape. Which of your friends would you want to be with you, and which one would you eat first?
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.

Has it got to be a friend? If not, I'd have my ex wife there. Theres got to be at least a months worth of good eating on her And for company, I could think of worse people than Shania Twain, so Mike would have to be there too, even though I've never him

Okay Chad! Didn't we WARN YOU that that cross country ride you were plannin' on takin' this summer with your friends the Donners was a BAD IDEA???!!!

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

I would be alone and starve to death. Because if anyone was with me they'd knock me over the head and survive off my corpse for months.

Well if I had a Chinese friend with me I would be worried that if I ate them then I might be hungry again in about an hour.
Before the war on terror, if I saw an unattended package I used to think "I'll be having that!"

How much would it suck if you knew that Shania Twain was right outside pining for you?

Y'all know they just recently abandoned a rescue effort for a dude who fell down a mine shaft. They deemed it too dangerous to risk the lives of the rescue personnel. His family had time to say good bye and everything. Then they just let him die. Brutal. http://www.lvrj.com/news/ending-rescue-at-mine-debated-117508478.htmlGreat post, Chad.
