Has anyone tried fitting slip over the sissy bar T-Bags or similar bags to Triumph's low sissy bar with rack. My concern is whether or not, on the low sissy bar, the T-bags will hit the rack before is slips all the way down fully onto the sissybar. The tall one looks like it wouldn't be a problem, but, I'm not so sure with the low version.

Hi jaymo54,
I used a Willie&Max MaxPax tail bag for a long time but got tired of the look (just sat up too high). I thought about a way to turn the rack upside down to lower it a few inches, but the quality of chrome on the underside is real bad. Now I have a small leather tail pack that is slightly taller than the short sissy bar. It leans back and looks goofy. The problem with it is the upper attachment loops don't have anywhere to tie onto without really long plastic tie wraps. Willie and Max do have some good quality synthetic leather stuff.

That is an awesome quote. Did you come up with that?

Mike,
I have the Rev Pack Tour Packs bag for the luggage rack and it fits perfectly. I have the Trump rack and tall sissy bar. I used it on the Ga trip last year and it held up fine through the torrential rains and speeds in excess of the legally posted limits. Well, you know how I ride. I really like mine a lot and it's also really easy to put on and take off with the 4 nice "D" clips you bungy to. Stop in and I'll show it to ya, very nicely made too.

Hi John,
I think I did come up with it. I've been saying it for 35 years, so I really can't remember.
I learned how to be tough real early. I think my head was so big I fell over a lot. I even had to crawl backward til I was about 3 years old, cuz I couldn't get that big head up.
Dennis
