Having recently bought Boof's America centre stand he was selling, I gave everything a lick of black gloss paint and finished fitting it this afternoon. I must say this will probably prove to be one of my handiest accessories when it comes to maintenance. Lots of clearance under the rear tyre as well. I'm pretty happy with it anyway. Thanks Boof.

Does not sound much but on a trip it all helps
I hope to get one for the T100 soon

Yeah, no kidding. You could eat off that floor. You can get malaria, ebola and salmonella from my garage floor...

Is that a garage? 'Cause it looks more like an ER room to me. I mean... look at the surgical gloves hanging there.

Coming from a family where the garage looked more like the
local tip, I've unfortunately developed into a bit of a "neat freek".
But thanks for the comments anyway.

What are the coka cola bottles for in your fuel can rack?

I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago. Edgar Allan Poe

Hey Chad,
Re the coke bottles: On normal commuting weeks I rarely bother to stop off at a servo to top up my TA tank. Rather, when I'm filling up the car, I simply fill up a couple of 10 litre fuel drums at the same time and mark a date on the handle of the drum. Having classic bikes and a collection of petrol garden tools, the worst thing for them is stale fuel so dating the container lets me use the oldest fuel first. The 2 litre coke bottles are just remnants of the 10 litre fuel drums that I decant when the TA can't take on any more fuel. Regardless of what people may say, they make fantastic disposable fuel containers when you are going on a long trip and tuck nicely into a pannier or top box. In fact I think in a lot countries it may be illegal to store fuel in soft drink containers, so for the benefit of this thread, the coke bottles are just full of coloured water OK?

Yeh Rivco is the brand I bought of Boof mountainman. The instructions and fit is great and they suggest a fantastically simple and safe way of stretching the return spring to fit by slipping washers or coins between the sections of spring to make it longer. Now to test it on the twisties to see if anything scrapes?

Well, if you were in the USA, I would say beware of tight, low-speed left turns with a center-crowned roadway, however given as you blokes in the down-under colony drive on the wrong side of the road, no worries, mate!
