I love the big bend area, especialy the river road through the state park. The food is incredible, the roads are superb, and the the desolate beuty of that area makes Big Bend a "must do" for bikers.
We based out of alpine, and I was happy with that. Marfa would be good too though. I'd like to stay the night on top At the national park next time I'm there for at least one night.
well , having ridden both ans several,,,, Arkansas has some of the best moto roads any where ( and they are close to me) but that big bend and around Fort Davis with a base out of the Piasano Hotel in Marfa would be something fun.......
