As I mentioned in another post, I got a Big Red Bike lift. REALLY happy with that. I started my shifts on Christmas Day and have been working since but I had an excellent Xmas night with my missus and our puppies. I haven't had a Christmas with my grown up kids for 15 years now but one day hopefully not too far away. Really looking forward to riding the 1200klm's up to see them in a few weeks though when my daughter has her engagement party.

Anyway, Reading these posts has been such a breath of fresh air this year. It appears some of you guys are doing it a bit tougher this year compared to past ones, although hearing your philisophical tales of the true worth of Christmas was excellent. Thanks.
I also appreciated Brents summation of Xmas and what it's all about. Nice one Brent.
The budgie story was

, as was seein the pics of the Turkey in the Camp Oven out in the snow. Boy, what a sight. Hearing about Zmilin and his Karen buying their own place was something else. Nice one mate.
Thanks to all of you for helping me with questions this last year and for putting the time in to help each other out. I hope you all had a great Christmas whether it was with gifts or simply family, the latter being the true meaning.
Hope you all have a Happy and safe new year and I look forward to being on here for many more to come.
