When I was a kid, I distinctly remember the song 'Here Comes Santa Claus" going "He knows when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake". Now, I hear several versions several times a day and they all say, "He sees you when you're sleeping". So, does this mean ol' Santa is some kind of peeping Tom pervert?

I understood GB's original point thoroughly & completely before the resident subterfugers and obfiscators went to work. "He knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake!" That verse kinda' creeped me out as a five year old and it still does as a 25 years later . jh
