This just came to me. I just ordered the lowering kit, supposed to put the bike down 1.5 inchs. What have you people had to do to your kickstand ??? If anything ...

I recomend doing so...as U have figured out, it WILL be a problem. (esp. on a hill or windy day)
Others will say "it WILL sit fine", but I have the Progressive front & rear lowering kit & DID NOT like the "limited" positions I was stuck with.

Kickstand MOD choices:
U can heat & bend it, or cut 1/4-1/2" off & re-weld. The only problem is, U will need to powdercoat or re-chrome your kickstand. Cuting (the straight section) & welding is better because heating can weaken the metal.
