Okay, there was some Birthday cake left, Chy and I just enjoyed a piece after dinner. I would recommend the recipe,
hopefully I'll post it later. To me it seemed to be like a pineapple upside down cake only with mandarin oranges instead of the pineapple, very tasty.
I had a wonderful birthday. Thank you everyone for the Happy Birthday greetings.
