Changed over to TOR slash cuts yesterday. Have a small leak around the connection from the header pipe to the muffler. Anyone have any suggestions to fix the leak. Afraid to tighten down on the clamp any more. I have moved the clamp around but still get a small leak.

The clamps are not very good, IMHO. Pull both exhausts off put a nice amout of RED RTV Sealant on the inside on the exhaust pipe. Reassamble and tighten the clamp all the way.
Let sit overnight to allow the sealant to do it's thing. Bingo your done.

I'm with Mike high temp Rtv or Permatex is the way to go, heck I've gotten to the point where I put high temp Permatex on just about everything that even has the potential to leak.

Well, it might not hurt anything but can be annoying by causing unwanted noise and/or popping. Just pull the exhaust and slap some clear high temp silicon on the joint and put 'er back together. The clamp was never intended to seal it up.
