Can someone suggest a resource for the instrument cover and light covers that goes on the tank? I did something stupid.

This member had one for sale complete with indicator lights. He doesn't chime in much at all but still worth trying a pm.

I have some "spools", which the lenses fit on to. I had several lenses blow off/get lost over a spell, and the lens is part of the spool - it all comes as a single unit, depending on which you need (oil pressure, turn signal, bright light, neutral). They aren't that expensive from a dealer (TRIUMPH), but it's a shame you can't re-use the spool (it houses the bulb), as the lens come with it. It would be nice if an alternative lens could be made to fit....

I started pushing the lenses off on my new parts, and applying some Seal-All to the lens or spool, then re-assembling, before installing them into my console. Not fool-proof, but I have had less trouble with them for the last year or two. Or three.

I stopped by Michaels art supply store here in Arizona and bought a bag of those decorative jewels.Some people glue them on clothing,etc. I bought a bag of them a few years back for I believe around $2 or $3. I scrape the silver or chrome backing off and use the plastic lens that looks like a jewel. It fits right into the socket,same size. You can glue them in if you want. The bag comes with numerous colors and you will probably never use them all.
