Sorry Ray, not able to make the rideout. Meeting at 9am Saturday at Wetherby Services (Jn 46 A1(M)) for anyone fancing a ride through. Fish n Chips at Hawes then onto Dent...by which time we will be thirsty!

Just a reminder if you are camping to bring something for the BBQ, it will save you some cash on the Saturday night or if you want to use it Friday night..... Oh and don't forget a cup, kettle is always on in my tent...

YEEEEE HAAAH "Its Dent time again" water wings at the ready, flip-flops on hold for another year.  Nothing changes and they say "No such thing as BAD WEATHER just bad gear" thank you gortex.  Ray save us two patches we'll see yoos Friday in the watering hole. We shall be bringing our tarp n windbreak same as last year + FIRE "n" thinks. We arrive in Troon 9.15AM Friday and will make our way down to Dent and set up camp, plan is to then ride down to devils bridge. There are a vew villages over here that are going to be missing their idiots this weekend.

home safe, a bit wet, welcome home to cumbria. had a great weekend,nice to meet everyone again and some new faces.really enjoyed the ride out and we stayed dry. hopfully see everyone at farmyard. thanks again ray for all the work you put in.  cheers glen

We didnt do too bad for weather this year, it wouldnt be the same without some rain.
Good to see everyone again, we both had a great time even though H fell asleep in the pub.

Well on our way back up to Dent to pick up the BBq etc, we came across a very sorry Mal, who had broken down, I offered to put the bike in the back of the van, but he was waiting for the recovery vehicle.
We finally got home around 3.30 ish. The van still needs emptying and the tent drying...
May I apologise to those that we left at Devil's Bridge on the way down and a special thank you to you all for turning up and making the meet what it is.
I would also like to say to Lynton and Jackie, sorry that Jackie was feeling rough and had to go home, hope it did not put you off and I am sure everyone would like to see you next year.
The ride out was a great sucess with little showers that lasted a few minutes and I am sure everyone enjoyed it. Geoff (GJS) is going to give us a writeup about the weekend and I will be looking forward to reading it....
A big thank you to Gordie (Celt) for turning up and giving us all a shock, a great suprise to one and all.

Harry and I made it to Cairnryan ferry with plenty of time for the sailing at 3.00PM.
Uel was heading to Huddersfield.
Ride out was excelent, will get the photos out of the camera this week.

Wonderful weekend (from what I remember), thanks to Ray and Bonnie for another excellent event. Dave, your prayers worked it wasn't too wet this year..
