I have really missed my speedmaster since I got the rocket. I needed a bike to nip around on and this came my way. It will have to do till I get another Speedy. Its a Honda shadow 1100C

Wow... coming from a Rocket owner your sentiments about the Speedmaster says a lot. But that Honda looks like it'll be a good runner for ya. Btw... that's a great pic!

Indeed its about as much japaharley as it gets lol. I would have liked to have kept my speedmaster but I was offered silly money for it when trading it in. The rocket is a fantastic bike but I have put 16000 miles on her in 15 months. I'm now needing my 4th rear tyre at £170 a time. The theory was to get a speedmaster and use it to commute to and from work (50 miles a day) and for cutting about on. Sadly they are a bit thin on the ground around here so got the chance of the harley clone and went for it.

I'm getting Tbars and a braided brake hose fitted on Monday should make it a bit easier to drive.

Yet another great pic there, Neil (I notice such things)!! Oh and I have to agree with you... that braided brake hose IS gonna make it easier to drive.

Thats on ok, bike Hondas are very dependable. That would be a perfect pic if it was a speedy in it.
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.

Yes it is more comfortable, but not perfect, now my left wrist gets sore as the bars are to flat. i will get used to it tho, its only for shortish journeys.
