Dislike! I grew up on Happy Days.

Yah, he was GREAT! Watched that show all the time when it was airing. Even the re-runs are fun to watch.

RIP

Too bad, always liked him and lung cancer is a he11 of a way to go. We used to watch together as a family. Tom was always good but the show lost something after Arnold was gone.

Sad news. Tom Bosley entertained us for many years. May he rest in peace.

OT time:
The show's producers, Miller-Boyett , built a little shack down the road -- a 24 million dollar home for two people.
A buddy was the finish carpenter sub, so I got a walk through a week before the CO was issued.
I'd say the kitchen alone cost 9 times what my house cost.

RIP Mr. C.

And Bucky, I wonder if that kitchen gets used much? Seems like those shack owners eat out a lot or hire a chef...

RIP, Mr. C.

(...though I'll still always wonder what he and Mrs. C did with Chuck, their first kid)

I think they ate him. He went upstairs and never came back down again.

Nah Ian, I kind'a doubt that.

My guess was always that there could be a shallow grave somewhere in the crawl space of a certain Milwaukee Wisconsin home containing the complete remains of poor ol' Chucky.

(remember: "Happy Days" was about the exploits of the Cunningham family....not the Dahmer family!!!)

Uh huh. That's true alright. I mean who knows what's lying buried under the Cleaver's house, HUH?! But, now that Barbara Billingsley is gone too, I guess we'll never know what secrets are to found under a certain house in Mayfield either, huh?!

(...I mean, has anybody heard from EITHER Lumpy OR Whitey lately?????)

Loved Happy Days, but hated that cartoon where he voiced a character. Wait til your father gets home

Nope Brent. The Taylors(Sheriff Andy and Opie) lived in Mayberry. The Cleavers lived in Mayfield.

And ironically, the town of "Springfield" is where both the Andersons of "Father Knows Best" AND the Simpsons reside.

(..though nobody will ever confuse Homer with the character Robert Young played!)

Thank you Dwight, I got it straight now. I guess I never knew where the Cleavers lived.

Dwight may be right but I bet Eddie Haskel would have traveled to Springfield to hang with Bart.

Well since we're crossing around may as well mix metaphors too.

When Mr. C got "frisky" I imagine that he was kinda hard on the Beaver.
