Just made 500 posts - (I'm not as prolific as some around here who can do 500 in a month or so) - yippee!!! WHAT??? I'm still an adjective. I thought i was going to be upgraded to something substantial like a 'noun' or something exciting like a 'verb' ("do it man, do it") but I still a bland 'adjective'.

dude, i know how you feel. took me 4 years or so to get 1000 on the bmw forum i still frequent, and i know a guy barely under 2 years with 8000.
so to all those people who said i'm missing the filter between my brain and my mouth (fingertips in this case) -- ****** off. do so.

Well Rich, look on the bright side here. You COULD BE a lowly preposition...just going "through" the motions.
(...but instead, as an adjective, you give color to the lexicon by expressing a modifying influence)

another reason i love my triumph: better grammer on the forums than on the harley ones.
inb4 points off for my refusal to capitalize. it's unnecessary.

Well thanks Steve. As ya can see, we's here Triumph riders has always prided ourselfs about the proper uses of this here English language.
(..tho I's always was thinkin' it was just a gift that'd come natuaral to us way before we chose to road these here Limey bikes!)
