My local dealer ordered me what they said were the OEM replacement bolts for my rear fender grab rail (I have EPCO pipes and vibration made them fall off). When they arrived they were brushed stainless bolts, and for $35 for 4 they sure don't look like the stock ones, as far as I can remember.

Can someone help me identify what the OEM part #'s are (front/rear bolts are slightly different sizes), and confirm whether the stock ones were chrome, stainless, etc? Also, could I get something that works from a local big box hardware store? Appreciate any ideas!

Your exhaust DID NOT make those bolts fall out. They must not have been installed properly.

+1 on both Mike and Dave's comments. I use stainless on quite a few fasteners since it doesn't rust like chrome.

Mine too, I bought some last week. They had chrome and stainless. I went with the stainless.
